I need a passport, where do I get the application?

• You can get your application on line! Just go to www.travel.state.gov and click on "Passport Application".
• On the next page, look down the left hand side and click on "Applications and Forms". Select application form DS-11.
• At the very bottom of the next page, click on complete "online" or "by hand".
• If you complete you application online, make sure you have filled in all boxes necessary.
• A passport book is needed for all International travel by land and air.
• A passport card is travel by land or by cruise, departing from the United States.
• A printer is needed for this process.
• On this site will be places where you can take your applications to be processed and have your pictures taken.

What can I wear on a cruise?

• Not allowed: Shorts, tank tops and sandals on men in the dinning room for the evening meal. For woman: prefer no shorts in the dinning room for the evening meal.
• Allowed: Woman- sundresses, skirts, tank tops, Capri’s, culottes, sandals, sneakers, and jeans.
• Allowed: Men- jeans, Dockers, sport coat (captain’s night), nice t-shirts, button down shirts, sneakers, and shoes. These requirements are for the sit down dinning rooms
• There is one captain’s night. You will see everything from designer gowns, tuxes, suits, sport coats, pant suites, and just nice pants and shirts for men. What you would wear to a nice wedding.
